Jessica Hancock

The Religion, Spirituality, and the Arts seminar through Indiana University is a unique, transformative, and inspirational experience that addresses my theological interests and creative needs as I work to incorporate biblical themes and imagery into my art. RSA is also a community-building exercise that expanded my tiny circle of influence with like-minded academics and artists eager to share ideas and engage in constructive dialogue. The 2021-2022 seminar was particularly exciting because it allowed me to collaborate with family and artist friends. I sincerely appreciated being involved and the effort everyone made to include me, hear me, and support my participation in the program.
